Faculty of Engineering researchers are building an impactful and collaborative research culture addressing society鈥檚 applied problems through creativity and entrepreneurial discovery. Our research priorities from our Strategic plan include:

Our core research strengths are applied in Water, Materials, Energy, the Environment, Oceans and Health.听 We have extensive expertise and research capacity for Experimental Research, Applied Artificial Intelligence, and Technology Innovation.

Research at 杏吧导航 focuses on six听Signature Research Clusters:听听Sustainable Ocean; Healthy People, Healthy Communities, Healthy Populations; Climate Tech & Clean 听Energy; Culture; & Society; Sustainable Food Systems; AI & Digital Innovation.

The Faculty of Engineering is home to several innovative research centres and institutes.听 Whether you need to perfect a design or create a prototype, one or more of our centres offer are available to supplement your research and development capability.

Located in state-of-the-art labs, these hubs broadly cover research capabilities on all six听Signature Research Clusters.
