When Canada 🇨🇦 and the Philippines 🇵🇠come together over cows, code, and curiosity—you get more than just a workshop. You get sparks. Ideas. And yes, autographs.
We came. We mooed. We conquered.
On June 26, 2025, the Ruminant Animal Centre at ÐӰɵ¼º½ turned into a digital barnyard think tank with 18 incredibly curious students and three instructors from Romblon State University, Philippines.
They came expecting a workshop. They left with ideas, insights, new perspectives—and autographs.
Yes, our MooAnalytica crew signed notebooks like we were on tour. Move over K-pop, here comes CowTech.
What went down?
Social Lives of Cows - Sibi Chakravarthy P showed that cows have best friends, frenemies, and influencers. Social network analysis? More like Moocial Media.
Emotional Moo-ds - Mayuri Kate gave cows a mic—literally. Using AI to decode moos into mood maps, we’re now one step closer to emotional support bovines.
CSI: Cow Stride Investigation - Yashan Dhaliwal cracked the mystery of early-stage lameness with AI gait tracking. Think of it as FitBit meets hoof care.
Chicken Talk, Decoded - Venkatraman Manikandan translated clucks into meaning. Spoiler: chickens have a lot to say, and it’s not all about eggs.
Cool Farms, Cooler Planet - Mackenzie Tapp showed how digital tools can make farming climate-friendly without the climate guilt.
Professor Suresh Neethirajan introduced the two mobile apps - CluckTalk and Cluckify to the visiting students from the Phillipines.Â
And the best part? The questions never stopped.
The students brought energy, humor, and relentless curiosity. From AI ethics to chicken empathy, they pushed our thinking. We didn’t just present—we connected.
This was more than a workshop. It was a glimpse into what’s possible when Canada and the Philippines collaborate to reimagine agriculture.
High-tech. High-energy. High-trust.Â
