We foster a vibrant research culture grounded in academic excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and global engagement. Faculty research spans a wide range of critical areas including ESG (environmental, social and governance), asset pricing, and derivatives, with particular emphasis on the intersection of corporate policies,听corporate governance,听 corporate social responsibility, voluntary disclosure, shareholder value creation, and financing frictions.
Our work addresses pressing global challenges and contributes to high-impact debates in finance. Research from the department has appeared听in leading peer-reviewed journals in finance, accounting, and business ethics, reflecting our strong scholarly influence and real-world relevance.
